Tikhali Eco-Tourism – An Amazing Experience

Around 1.2 km from the north side of Tikhali Dam, there’s a place called Tikhali Eco-Tourism, right beside the Nuapada main road. The spot is very peaceful, surrounded by green hills and dense forest. The lake looks beautiful with cool and calm water — perfect for a day out with friends or family.

Boating at Tikhali Dam is available daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, giving visitors ample time to enjoy the serene waters and beautiful surroundings. They have boating options there for tourists. I personally enjoyed the speed motor boat ride a lot. It was around 1 km ride on the lake, and we had so much fun! The price was written as ₹200 per person, but since we were only two people and they need minimum 3 to start the boat, they charged us ₹600 in total (extra ₹200). Still, it was worth it.

They also offer drone camera service. If you want to record your ride, you can pay ₹400 for 2 full HD videos and 10 HD photos. Little expensive, but honestly, the videos came out amazing. It made the whole trip more memorable.
